Jeruk Manis Water Fall East Lombok

Jeruk Manis waterfall, a beautiful waterfall 40 meters in height, known better as Aik Temer by the locals has a fascinating view. Surrounded by forest scenery and wildlife, monkeys and birds busy chanting and don`t feel disturbed by human present, makes this waterfall as a tourist attraction visited by many local and foreign tourists. This place also has two rivers that appeal to those who like adventure.

Situated at the foot of Mount Rinjani which also include in the area of Mount Rinjani National Park (TNGR) at an altitude of 600-1000 meters above sea level and temperatures between 15′-25 ‘C, serve as the perfect choice to unwind at the end of the week. There are two other waterfalls close to this location,
ready to reveal their beauty for those who want to take a deeper look, they are Jukut and Mayung Puteq Waterfall. . According to stories passed down orally from generation to generation, those waterfalls are believed have a magical power to cure various diseases, also to nourish the hair. For the purposes of disease treatment one usually needs assistant from the local Pemangku to run the rituals. Jeruk Manis Waterfall located at Kembang Kuning village, Sikur district, East Lombok regency, about 1 kilo-meter or approximately 1 hour walk from the Tetebatu village plus another half an hour to the location of the waterfall.
